I am an experienced therapist and facilitator committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care tailored to each client's unique needs. I believe that with the right support, everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling life.  I have  a dedicated mental health practice located in the United Kingdom but offer online sessions world wide.

What services do you offer?

I offer individual counselling tailored to your mental well-being needs. The first session will be an assessment where we look at what your needs are and how I can support you on your well-being journey. 

How do I know you are the right therapist for me?

I do encourage clients to ask for a 10 min telephone call or to book a session.  You can then see how I work and what it feels like to spend time with me.  It is important that you feel you can work with me for the process of counselling to work.

What can I expect during a session?

During a session, you can expect a safe, confidential space where I will work alongside you.  Working through your concerns and help you develop effective coping strategies.  Part of the session is about telling your story, your history.  We then look at how your experiences have impacted you.  We give meaning and see where things need to change for you.  Therapy is not about changing you as a person, it is about making sustainable changes to behaviour and your life to live a more fulfilling life.
